Use of the Platform
You may use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these TOS. You agree not to use our platform:
In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials, To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Systems Evolution AI or a Systems Evolution AI employee, another user, or any other person or entity, To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform, or which, as determined by us, may harm [Company Name] or users of the platform, or expose them to liability.
Intellectual Property
The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Systems Evolution AI, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform, except as follows:
Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials. You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the platform for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.
User Content

Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the platform to: Engage in any conduct that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, Engage in any conduct that is fraudulent, false, or misleading, Engage in any conduct that is harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the platform, Take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure, Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the platform for any purpose without our express written permission or bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the platform, Impersonate another person or entity, or falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices, or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of any content, Use the platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by Systems Evolution AI, Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or other items of a destructive nature

YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PLATFORM, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER [COMPANY NAME] NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH Systems Evolution AI MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE PLATFORM.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL Systems Evolution AI, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM, OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Systems Evolution AI, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these TOS or your use of the platform, including, but not limited to, any User Content you submit, post, or make available through the platform, your use of any content obtained from the platform, or your breach of any applicable laws or regulations.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the platform, without notice, for any reason or no reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of these TOS.
Governing Law
These TOS and any dispute or claim arising out of, or related to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio], without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
Changes to These TOS
